Torrevieja is an attractive typical Spanish town with street markets, numerous cafes and bars. For the Golfers amongst you only a short 10minute drive away are the famous championship golf courses at Villamartin, Campomar, Los Ramblas, La Finca and La Marquesa

The Costa Blanca "White Coast" boasts over 300 days of sunshine per year, attractive for sun-worshippers, golfers and water-sport enthusiasts alike. Blue Flag beaches and a shallow shlef provides perfect conditions for children and swimmers of all abilities. The area adjacent to the salt lakes is a nature reserve and good for bird watching. The climate is said to be especially beneficial for sufferers of respiratory diseases or arthritic ailments.

This area famous for it's mineral and natural salt production it is listed by the World Health Organisation as the healthiest place in europe to reside. The Magnificent salt lagoons are dotted everywhere along the coast and inland, changing colour daily, bright pink, blue or purple. These lagoons are home to hundreds of pink Flamingos, indeed a sanctuary for all sorts of species of wild birds from Alicante down to Torrevieja, Mar Menor and beyond. A special place to the Spanish people, also favoured by visitors to bathe in their natural mineral salt properties, said to be theraputic to asthma and chest complaints, arthritis, and psoriasis.

This 3bed 2bathroomed spacious family home is located on the quiet private community of Jardin Del Mar, Torrevieja

The property has three large double size bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes, two bathrooms, a separate fitted kitchen, large lounge, diner and a fully tiled garden with offroad parking room for two cars and a double lockable gate for easy access


 

Fully furnished, the lounge diner, has a lovely mediterranean theme to the decor with tastefull wood wall units matching floor units, a matching table and chairs there is a large 32'' LCD TV with UK sat channels aswell as BBC1 ITV Channel 4&5

The tiled rooftop solarium. with lovely mountain views also has a patio table and chairs

The first bedroom which has a wooden bed with matching cabinets, curtains and bedding and a double fitted wardrobe with sliding wooden doors

  The fitted kitchen has all white goods oven/hob fridge freezer,

The downstairs bathroom, has a fitted shower,  wash hand basin and toilet

Upstairs are a further two bedrooms both with built in double wardrobes

The large master bedroom has bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and matching bed, there is a double sliding patio door leading to a large sun terrace, it is also fitted with hot and cold airconditioning

The 2nd upstairs Bedroom, also a double sized room is furnished with bed wooden cabinets and a double fitted wardrobe with wooden sliding doors

 

The upstairs bathroom is a fully tiled double sized room and benefits from a large bath bidet toilet and shower

The property has a communal pool and it is situated close to all amenities including a major leisure centre with 10pin bowling a Multi screen Cinema, casino, the new Habaneras Shopping Centre with several bug brand names supermarkets, shops, bars, banks and restaurants.

Vibrant Bars, supermarkets and restaurants are only a short walking distance and the local bus service passes every 30 minutes, taking 10 minutes into town. The surrounding area is flat and ideal for walking or cycling. The nearest beaches are just over a mile away, situated either side of the town centre.

Torrevieja is approximately 30-40 minutes drive from either Alicante airport or Murcia, cheap airport transfers can be arranged. We can also transfer from Valencia airport
